We have been visiting Southern Italy for the past thirty years and share a passion for all Italian food and lifestyle. A couple of years ago we were introduced to the region of Puglia ' the table of Italy ' - perfect for foodies like us.

Always on the lookout for the freshest, local and best produce, Puglia certainly lived up to its expectation and continues to receive recommendations from top celebrity chefs such as Rick Stein, Keith Floyd and Jamie Oliver, who have all visited Puglia.

After a few visits we were hooked and purchased our own little piece of Italy, a viletta with our very own Olive Grove (watch out for our own label next year). The olive trees are flanked with almond trees which helps create the nutty taste of the strong and peppery thick oil which is the predominant style of Puglian Olive Oil.

While visiting our property we have sourced many exquisite oils produced traditionally from local masserias. Each time we tried to fit more and more oil into our suitcase to supply our needs back home.
